CommentLocated 700 feet south of Woody Hill Road and 550 feet south of the water tower. It is 200 feet west of #100 Woody Hill Road. Frederic Denison recorded this lot 1867-8 "In the eastern part of the town on the farm of Isaac Vars, Esq about 50 rods southwest from the farm house in a field and is enclosed.
