CommentFrederick Denison recorded this lot in 1867; "... a few rods SW from the present Dixon mansion, and NW from the depot, and is enclosed by stone posts and iron rails." Was located on Bradford Rd., NE of house across railroad track, in from Waite home, No poles on narrow dirt path.
