CommentLocated on the Phoenix Rising Horse Farm. Transcribed by James N Arnold Aug 29, 1893 (Vol 25, page 396). He described lot as follows: "In pasture in land of Mr Metcalf on west side of road and a short distance east of Woonsocket Hill. Not protected." Transcribed by Irene Nebiker on April 12, 1970. Lot was re-surveyed by Roger Beaudry on November 25, 1995. At time of survey lot was located at the end of a long driveway leading up from Pound Hill Road at NEL #29. Lot was to the left of the drive about 100 ft from the home loacted there. Lot was overgrown with some fallen trees evident. Most of the same stones from the Nebiker survey were still present. Lot size is approximate since lot is open.
