Comment400 ft south of Dawley Rd; 300 ft west of Queen's River at edge of field. James Arnold recorded this lot 21 Mar 1880 (his #10) "On land of John T G Sweet on west side of Queens River is a new yard of the Gardiner family lot fenced with granite posts and iron rails in good order." This cemetery was found, registered and recorded by John Sterling & James Good for their 1994 book on Exeter cemeteries.
