James Arnold recorded this lot 12 Oct 1890 (Vol 3, Pg 169) On farm belonging to the Hon. Rodney F. Dyer west of his farm house a burial yard of his family lot well fenced and in good order George Arnold Dyer & Byron W Dyer were removed to Pocasset Cemetery. The rest were moved to St Ann's Cemetery where they were setup out of order mixing headstones and footstones. Arnold's order was used for the natural order. Stones from CR087 are located in the rear of St. Ann's cemetery adjacent to section 29. A historic cemetery sign identifies the stones as being from the Dea John Dyer Lot.
