CommentLocated west of Dyer Street, across from Dunedin Street. It is adjacent to St. Ann's Cemetery to the north. Incorporated in 1874 and the first burial was January 2 1877 - 390 stones in this cemetery predate this indicating many cemeteries moved into this cemetery. James Arnold recorded this cemetery 13 Nov 1892 (Vol 4, Pg 1-571) At Dyers Nursery is a large cemetery known under the incorporation act as Pocasset which started out as the family lot of Charles Dyer, which family lot has been enlarged several times but which now is enclosed by a suitable fence. South and southeast of this are various lots which have interments in them. The first in order will be the Dyer family enclosure which we proceed to give in the first notes here following. Gertrude Barrington recorded this cemetery in 1998. Bill Kelley photographed this cemetery in 2011-2013.
