Located north of Post Road in front of the Wilcox Tavern. When Post Road was rebulit it was raised about eight feet. This required bulding a retaining wall around the fieldstone cemetery just east of the Stanton monument. This cemetery between two roads believed to be blacks, whites & Indians. Four fieldstones could be seen in 1993. Recorded by Marjorie Pendleton about 1980 Recorded by Lorraine Tarket-Arruda and Gayle Waite for their 2008 book on Charlestown cemeteries.
