[s/o Benjamin & Elizabeth Razee, was born at Cumberland 14 Aug 1748 and ì died at Cumberland 8 Dec 1825, in his 78th year. He married at Cumberland ì 26 June 1774 Phebe Capron d/o Charles & Mary (Scott) Capron. They had no ì children of their own but adopted Joanna & Samuel Clark, two children of ì Phebe's sister, Grace (Capron) Clark. Isaac served as a Private in the ì Smithfield and Cumberland Rangers under the command of Capt. George Peck. ì He was the Treasurer for the town of Cumberland from 1804 through 1813, ì 1815, and 1818 through 1820. His homestead was on Little Pond County Road ì just south of Scott Road. Died: CUMBERLAND, RI [SAR: 1776 & 1779 Priv. in Smithfield & Cumberland Rangers]
