CommentLocated 200 feet west of Dunns Corner Road behind #84. Rev. Fredric Denison recorded this lot in 1867-8: "This lies come ten rods west of the cross road, between the post-road and Dorrville, near where the pound road begins, a few rods northeast from the residence of Mr. Samuel Russell Nye, in the corner of an orchard, well cared for, though not inclosed."
