CommentThis cemetery is located 20 ft north of Centerville Road, between house #747 and house #763, at telephone pole #63. It runs between Centerville Road and Douglas Road. It is 50 ft x 100 ft, in good condition, enclosed with a stone wall. The historical cemetery sign is in good condition. It contains 47 burials with 42 inscriptions and five fieldstones. It is on the tax assessor’s map, Plat #248, Lot #13. James Arnold visited this lot 28 Aug. 1892 and noted, “on the farm of late Jeremiah Foster west of his house well walled” (Vol. 1, p. 281). Arnold also visited WK122, “separated by a wall from Foster/Kenyon lot.” This cemetery was recorded by Charles and Martha Benns in 1939, their #841. Many of the dates on the gravestones in this cemetery are in Quaker format. Recorded by John Sterling for a book on Warwick cemeteries.
