| Comment | Originally recorded as Johnston #4, lot is clearly in the town of Smithfield. It is marked on the town Plat maps. Lot contains a sign which says Smithfield #4, but that number is already assigned. The new number of SM104 was assigned by Roger Beaudry when it was registered as a Smithfield Cemetery on August 6, 1998. Previous survey was done by Charles & Martha Benns #32 (Vol 1, page 45). They describe lot as "Newell Family, on road from Greenville to Manton, Johnston."
