CommentTranscribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as follows: "West of Rocky Hill Road & Tobin Farm, Benjamin Brown Farm" Registered by Roger Beaudry November, 1996 Visited by Bob Buonaccorsi, Don Burns, and Roger Beaudry on Jan 19, 2002. At that time a new sign was installed. This lot lies about a mile in the woods behind a home at 841 Rocky Hill Road. The terrain is rough and the lot is all but invisible. A GPS reading was taken at the sight. The coordinates are N 41 degrees 56.208' and W 71 degrees 31.054'.
