CommentTranscribed by James N Arnold Sept 18, 1919 (Vol 25 pp 248-249). He describes lot as follows: "On the William Swan farm back some distance from the road, on a ridge of woodland, has no protection whatsoever." Charles and Martha Benns make note in their transcription of #190 (Vol II page 202) that this lot is located: "Diagonally across the road, back in the woods." Transcribed by Roger Beaudry April 18, 1998. Lot sits behind 87 Swan Road on a ridge overlooking a sand bank. Many fieldstones evident in lot.
