Comment | Amanda Ballou House; next to Ballou Cemetery #68
Transcribed by Ethel M White "Ridge Road, Amanda Ballou House. Cemetery on side of road."
Transcribed by Charles & Martha Benns (Vol IV page 29) who assigned it #578 and called it "Luther Family, Smithfield"
Transcribed by James N Arnold (Vol 25 pages 66-7) on August 21, 1919 as part of a larger transcription. He describes it as follows:
"On the old Smithfield Road popularly called Lantern Road, beside the road, next to that farm known as the Jonathan Angell place, lot well walled, yard covered with brush and locust."
Transcribed by Ron Farrar along with SM068. He refers to both lots as:
"Luther & Ballou, Ridge Road"
Transcribed by Roger Beaudry November 30, 1996. Almost all stones are down or out of position. The map shows where they were found, not necessarily where they belong. |
