Transcribed by Dr Frank T Calef and mistakenly listed as a Lincoln Cemetery. He assigned lot #4 to it and it is recorded on page 9. He describes its location as: "At the Mowry Smith place near the Smithfield Lincoln Town line. This cemetery is near a signboard which says "Prov. 9 mi. Manville 5 mi." a wood road turns off the main road to the west." Transcribed by Ron Farrar who described it as follows: "Jenckes Hill Road, next to Madison Industries" Transcribed by Roger Beaudry November 29, 1996. At this time, lot contained 3 stones all lying flat. The burial yard is surrounded on the west and north by a stone wall and on the other two sides by some planted shrubs.
