Transcribed by James N Arnold Sept 24, 1919 (Vol 25, page 279). He describes lot as follows: "At the reservoir where it crosses the Putnam Pike is a burial yard near the road, yard has granite posts and iron rods, in fine order, lot fair." Transcribed by Ron Farrar who described lot as follows: "Putnam Pike, Waterman Heights, near Glocester line" Transcribed by Roger Beaudry February 17, 1997. Cemetery is located directly behind Powder Hill Creamery at 777 Putnam Pike. It is on a hill behind building. According to store owner, he figures that the cemetery is perhaps 90% in Smithfield and 10% in Gloucester. The lot is still in use and well maintained.
