CommentTranscribed by Emma H Robertson 1937 (Vol 25, page 437). She describes lot as follows: "Lippitt Farm on left side of Douglas Pike in Georgiaville, up back in woods. Lewis Menard runs the farm" Transcribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as follows: "Ridge Road, rear of Ethiers" Registered by Roger Beaudry November, 1996. This lot was located on a small hill adjacent to the Alpine Motel. Over the years , the hill eroded, and the lot disappeared.
