Comment | Transcribed by James N Arnold August 29, 1919 (Vol 25, pp143-146). He describes lot as follows:
"On farm now owned by Dr Hughes known as the John Day farm, near Greenville, yard well walled, lot grown over with brush & briers." A later transcription in Volume 17 page 48, lists this lot as being in Johnston and records it as, "Road to Greenville, near Fountain Spring, back of orchard. Yard much over-grown, stones badly broken."
Transcribed by Charles & Martha Benns (Vol VI page 30) who assigned it #948 and described it as "Day Family, Greenville"
Transcribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as "Greenville Ave, Factory Pond"
Transcribed by Roger Beaudry February 8, 1997. Lot is in terrible condition. Many stones are broken and scattered about. Although in an affluent neighborhood, no one seems to care enough to clear it. |
