CommentTranscribed by James N Arnold Sept 18, 1919 (Vol 25 pp 249-252). He describes lot as follows: "On the Appleby farm back from the road, yard well walled and faced with cement, wall in good order, yard neglected." Transcribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as "Appleby Cemetery, Swan Road, Matteo's." Transcribed by Roger Beaudry April 25, 1998. Lot is one of the most heavily overgrown lots surveyed. Extremely difficult to get into. Lot is located to the rear of 80 Swan Road.
