Transcribed by James N Arnold,October 7, 1919, (Vol 25, pp 343-346). He does not describe location of lot. Transcribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as "Colwell Road" Transcribed by Roger Beaudry on November 22, 2003. At that time lot was being cleaned by the "Friends of Smithfield Cemeteries" organization. Lot was cleared and a sign erected. There were two monuments in the lot. These two monuments contained a total of 15 names. 4 of the names still had existing individual headstones. 2 stones from the 1919 Arnold survey could not be located. Cemetery can be found by going north past NEL pole #31 for 3/10 of a mile and then entering woods at cart path. Path must be followed for approximately 1/2 mile past old foundations and a small pond. Cemetery will be on your left once you enter a field.
