Comment | Transcribed by James N Arnold Sept 22, 1919, (Vol 25, pp276-278). He described lot as follows:
"Back from the house of the William Winsor farm north of next farm, on the east side of the road, a burial yard of Brown, and other families. Yard is fenced with granite posts, iron rods, in fine condition, lot fair"
Additional burials were also recorded by Grace G Tillinghast, Oct 8, 1930.(Vol 2 page 278)
Transcribed by Charles & Martha Benns (Vol III page 329) who assigned it #371. They describe lot as "Brown & Mowry Families, Smithfield"
Transcribed by Ethel M White March 22, 1938. She describes it as "Cemetery next but one house passing N. S. Winsor Farm. Pleasantview Ave, Greenville, RI."
Transcribed by Ron Farrar who described it as "Pleasant View Ave, E.G. Costa"
Transcribed by Roger Beaudry February 8, 1997. Lot is found behind some pine trees adjacent to garage at 55 Pleasant View Ave. Stone #11 is bordered by granite posts with no rails. The area is about 22 ft x 15 ft. |
