Located 100 feet west of the end of Riverview Drive and 30 feet from the Woonasquatucket Reservoir. Transcribed by James N Arnold (Vol 25, pp329-331). He describes lot as follows: "On the old Capt James Smith farm at Spragueville near the pond in dense scrub oaks, no protection." Ethel M White transcribed lot on March 2, 1937 and describes it as: "Smith Family on Spragueville Res. Smithfield" Transcribed by Ron Farrar who described lot as; "River View Ave, Spragueville (J.T. Larkin) Transcribed by Roger Beaudry January 25, 1997. Lot is well maintained by owner of property.
