CommentThis cemetery contained two children of John A. and Harriet N. Tucker when James N. Arnold visited it on Oct. 6, 1880. Arnold numbered this burial ground his #138, noting “on land of John A. Tucker west side of road fenced in good order.” It was probably located east Ministerial Road near Long Pond. The graves were later removed to Oakdell Cemetery, SK 37, where the children are now buried with their parents and other relatives. Identified, registered, and recorded by John Sterling & James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
