This is no longer a cemetery, it is a group of stones leaning against a wall that once marked the graves of the Sheldon family. There is a monument in Queen’s River Baptist Church Cemetery, SK002, for these people. The graves were probably moved although the gravestones were left behind. The stones are located thirty feet east of Glen Rock Road, and 92 feet north of pole #1, opposite #243 Glen Rock Road. It is 0.3 miles (1,580 feet) north of Dugway Bridge Road. These stones are probably just over the line into Exeter, but the B. B. Sheldon and E. Lewis farms can be seen on the South Kingstown side of the line on the 1857 Walling map. The location of the original cemetery remains unknown. Found, registered, and recorded by John Sterling & James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
