This cemetery is located next to the road on the west side of Karison Street, north of the driveway of house #40. This is near the intersection of Route #138 & Route #1. The cemetery is 150 feet south of Moorsefield Road (Rt. #138) at telephone pole #3501½. It is forty feet square, in fair condition, with no enclosure, and the historical cemetery sign is missing. It contains six burials with three inscribed stones and three fieldstones. In 2003 a new house was completed on the lot northwest of the cemetery, and the cemetery was cleaned up and restored. James N. Arnold recorded this lot May 16, 1880, his #100, “on land of Thomas Brown on knoll southwest from his house in open lot unprotected is a burial yard.” He only found the Elizabeth Gardner stone and three small fieldstones. Adelaide Knight recorded this lot in 1930 and found five stones. Recorded by John Sterling and James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
