CommentThis lot is 0.8 miles north of Post Road on Ministerial Road (Route #110), east through the stone columns at #527 Ministerial Road at telephone pole #170. Follow this paved road for 1,320 feet to a metal farm gate across a gravel road that leads to a cabin by the shore of Long Pond. Proceed about 250 feet and then turn right into a clearing where you will find the cemetery. The descendants of this Perkins family currently (2003) reside in Ohio. This unenclosed cemetery is fifty feet square, in good condition, but lacks a historical cemetery sign. There are three graves marked with boulders. The Charles Brush Perkins stone has inscribed letters while the other two have bronze plaques attached. Recorded by John Sterling and James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
