CommentThis cemetery is located fifty feet east of South Road at telephone pole #29, 100 feet south of SK039 on the opposite side of the road, up on a slight hill. It is 35 feet square, in good condition, enclosed with a stone wall, and the historical cemetery sign is in fair condition. It contains seventeen burials with eight inscribed stones and three fieldstones. James N. Arnold recorded this yard Oct. 5, 1880, his #118, “in Northup yard beside road, north of the above [his #117, SK052], lot granite walled and in fair condition.” Recorded by John Sterling and James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
