This well-kept cemetery is located twenty feet east of Rose Hill Road at telephone pole #3700. It is 135 feet x 126 feet, in excellent condition, enclosed with a large stone wall with an iron gate. The historical cemetery sign is in good condition. There are fifty burials marked by granite or marble inscribed stones, and probably some unmarked graves. James N. Arnold visited this lot Aug. 2, 1880, his #115, “on road leading north from Watson’s Corner is a burial yard of the family. Lot in prime order surrounded by evergreens.” Recorded by John Sterling and James Wheaton for a 2004 book on South Kingstown cemeteries.
