CommentJames N Arnold visited this lot 7 Sep 1904 (Vol2, Pg 402) On the HartfordPike west of the Cold Bank Village of Elmdale on the Mathewson afterwards the Becket farm, a burial yard of the family was once walled lot, Mr. Becket took it down, the lot is densely covered with brush. As near as we could make out there are four large graves in line and three small at the feet. If there be others the dense cover hid them from our view. We are told that the Charles Mathewson family are buried here, none have inscribed stones.
