James Arnold visited this lot 26 Oct 1904 (Vol 5, Pg 424) On the William Matteson place in midst of woods, yard covered with wild grass, a few cedars, no protection. In the Arnold records for Coventry: Nellie Potter visited in 1930, Vol 6, Book J, Pg 1431, "Mathewson Place, cemetery in back of. On Furnace Rd." Benns #977 (also from Nellie Potter) "Old Tunk Hill Rd." - near SC524 George Matteson map shows Gilbert Matteson farm on Matteson Road south of and across the road from SC085 and 0.4 miles from the junction with Hope Furnace Road. 1890 Evert & Richards Atlas shows the W. H. Mathewson farm in this location. Check spelling of names on stones. Near 41 44' 2.30"N 71 38' 3.61"W
