CommentLocated 200 feet east of Howard Ave. at the junction with Old Hope-Kent Road. It is 50 feet north of the house at #195 Howard Ave. There are 2 lots: north 45x30 no gravestones evident; south 45x45 Snells in this lot. James N Arnold recorded this lot 7 Oct 1904 (Vol 4, Pg 227) On the Snell farm north of the Colvin farm on west side of the river, lot protected by granite posts and iron rods and yard in fine order. In the lot beside this and protected like it the interments have been removed elsewhere. Recorded in 1996 by John Sterling
