CommentLocated 230 feet south of Black Point Lane, behind #27. It is 310 feet east of Wapping Road. G.H. Richardson (GHR) recorded this lot in 1870 on Borden Lawton's farm (lower rd.). This may be what Henry E. Turner (HET) described as the Allen "bur. Pl." Benjamin Wilbour and Waldo Sprague (WS) recorded it 8 Dec. 1956 at which time it was in a field. CETA volunteers recorded it circa 1975. As of 1997 it was on the property of Harry Williams, behind the house at 27 Black Point Lane. It is completely surrounded by a stout stone wall--no gate or opening.
