This cemetery is 20 feet south of Bramans Lane on the front lawn of #79 Bramans Lane. Is has a stone wall on the north and west sides and granite posts and iron rails on the other two sides. First transcribed by ANON, "Rhode Island Tombstone Inscriptions," circa 1900, at RIHS. Patricia Bodine recorded this lot for CETA 9 Oct. 1975. She found many illegible and unmarked stones but copied the same number of inscriptions as ANON. Ian Kohl's group (IK) found the burial ground in poor condition in 1989, heavily overgrown with brush. The inscriptions in this lot are in the Quaker format indicating that these Mitchells were probably Quakers.
