CommentRecorded by G H Richardson in his Scrapbook 974, vol. A, copy at Newport Historical Society. On his first visit (say 1870) he gave the location as"rear of Felix Peckham's, at corner of Everett St. at Broadway. He revisited the lot 27 May 1918 and gave the location as "at rear of Loresta." This area is completely covered with houses today.
