CommentTranscribed by Irene Nebiker in the early 1970's. Surveyed by Roger Beaudry & Paul Delisle on April 1, 1995. Lot is located in the extreme western portion of a cow pasture. It has for its eastern and northern borders the intersection of two stone walls, its other two borders are granite posts with iron rails. Some of the rails have been replaced with newer galvanized rails. Lot was generally in good order. Transcribed by Ron Farrar circa 1970. "Grange Road, across from H. Phillips."
