Cemetery was surveyed by Roger Beaudry on November 11, 1994. At that time cemetery was badly overgrown with no visible boundary lines. Cemetery is located on the road atop a high wall. It lies between the road and the parking lot to "The Pines" restaurant. While the cemetery shows no signs of vandalism, it is badly overgrown. Surveyed by Charles and Martha Benns circa 1931-1935, it is listed in Volume II page 226 and given the designation of #229. It is described as "on Old Chepachet Road, North Smithfield" Surveys were also conducted by Ethel M White in the 1930's "Pound Hill Road, at the foot of an incline on a bank. Enclosed with wooden posts and barbed wire. Terribly neglected." Irene Nebiker in the early 1970's. The 1994 survey showed no change from the Nebiker survey. Transcribed by Ron Farrar circa 1970. "Next to Pines Restaurant, Pound Hill Road."
