CommentLocated 15 feet east of Sunset Ave. just south of #83. Kohler Farm east side Sunset Ave off Mineral Springs Ave, top of hill. Many broken stones. James Arnold recorded 22 Nov 1891. "In sight of road on left side and opposite the Hutchinson yard, lot not protected."
