CommentLocated at the corner of Congdon Hill Road and Haggarty Hill Road. It is about 100' east of Congdon Hill Road and 50 feet north of Haggarty Hill Road. On 28 March 1880, his #38; Arnold described it thus: "On land of Gardiner Congdon on knoll east of house in open lot unprotected graves marked rudely is a burial yard of the Smith family…who once owned this property. Helisted 30 large and 10 small graves.
