CommentWest side of Post Rd in deep woods SW of #7447 & #7469 Post Rd. This lot is in poor condition. Large trees have fallen, obscuring many stones, and breaking the monument into sveral pieces. Brush and vines are rampant. Lot is surrounded by a well-made capped stones wall. Mr. Reynolds confirmed that the large Reynolds monument is there, broken under a large tree. The monument is inscribed on west side: "This monument is executed in compliance with the will of Mary G. Thomas, dau. of Eldredge and Esther G.C. Reynolds, A.D. 1881." James Arnold recorded this lot July 31, 1883, his #159, "On land of ____ west of the highway, lot walled and capped and in fine order."
