CommentOn Cherokee Lane in back of pole 2, on a grassy bank beside #29 on the north side.. Stone wall which formerly bounded one side of the lot has been pushed into the graveyard and buried and toppled some of the stones. It is generally uncared for. Small trees and brush have displaced many stones. No evidence of vandalism. Arnold surveyed this yard on 30 March 1883, his #144, "on land of ____ north of his house a burial yard of the Tanner family, yard in corner of lot unprotected and neglected." Recorded by Althea McAleer, Beatrix Hoffius, and Deby Nunes for a 1992 book on North Kingstown cemeteries.
