CommentOff west side of Congdon Hill Rd in woods. Can best be rreached from the end of Thornfeld Way. Access at present from new development, Holly Hills Estates. From Congdon Hill Rd. Take Holly Hill La., then first street on right to end. Lot lies 200' north. It is unenclosed. Access to lot via pathway is guaranteed by developer. No vandalism. Brush newly cleared by Boy Scout Troop 1992. Arnold came to this lot on 25 July 1880, his #70, "on the land of the late John Gardiner a distance north of his house in corner of lot. Lot well fenced but inside quite weedy and briary is a burial yard of the Congdon family." No sign of fence in 1990. Recorded by Althea McAleer, Beatrix Hoffius, and Deby Nunes for a 1992 book on North Kingstown cemeteries.
