Comment	Transcribed by James N Arnold and recorded in Volume 25, page 432 (N. Smithfield). He originally lists location as unknown but the following hand written note is in the margin: "At the end of the Union Cemetery near the road which separates it from the Old Aldrich Cemetery. (Note: this refers to the present location of these stones.) These three stones were removed from the Benoni Paine farm on the old Smithfield Road to Union Cemetery on Dec 24, 1912 by Alonzo Mowry" Union Cemetery records indicate that these 3 stones were indeed removed from the farm and that it was located in Lincoln. Records list date of removal as Dec 14, 1912.
