Located 150 feet southeast of Les Pawson Loop in Lincoln Woods State Park. It is 450 feet east of Eddie Dowling Highway, Route 146. This cemetery was transcribed by Frank Calef who assigned #5 to this lot and described it as: "A short distance over the North Providence line off the Louisquissett Pike to the east." Ethel White transcribed lot February 21, 1937 and described it as: "Olney family-Lincoln Woods Road from Louisquissett Pike near State Police Barracks." Lot was transcribed by Roger Beaudry on January 28, 1995. At this time, the lot was located on the western side of Olney Pond adjacent to a parking area. This cemetery has been heavily vandalized, almost all stones have been toppled, and or broken. There appears to be some stones missing from earlier transcriptions. Transcribed by Ron Farrar who describes lot as follows: "Lincoln Woods, near Louisquisset Pike (146)"
