CommentLocated 160 feet northwest of Mathew Dr. behind 30 Mathew Drive in Westbound Estates. Grace G Tillinghast 1 Jun 1932: Cart path in 1 mile, pass John Barden's farm on left, next house says M W Mowry. Enter land through gate and ascend hill till path to orchard, in left corner of orchard is enclosed with granite posts and iron rails. James N. Arnold recorded this lot 120) June 14, 1891. (Bk. 3, pg.278) (JN092). “On what is known as the Daniel Thornton farm a distance east of the old farm house and quite a distance from the Winsor road southward lot well fenced with wall and granite posts and iron rails but yard overgrown with shrub oaks.”
