Comment100 yds east of Peck Hill Rd. 100 yds north on dirt road near land fill. behind Rutuolo Oil. Martha Mikkelsen 647-3086 is a descendant and has seen this one NE of Tower Hill Industrial Park entrance James N. Arnold recorded this lot his #91 - 28 Jun 1891, Vol 2, Pg 357; "On the Calvin Luther farm back some distance from the Shun Pike road in the midst of sprout land the said burial yard is walled which wall is laid in cement in excellent condition, the yard is also in good condition." Charles & Martha Benns recorded this lot in 1933 their #156, "near Shun Pike" In April of 1998 this cemetery was moved to Highland Memorial Cemetery. There were many unmarked graves that were identified by the coffin plates. Most of the graves here have brick liners. The Public Archaeology Lab has a full report.
