(Bk. 2, pg. 89) (JN034). “On the South side of the Central Pike and east of Hughesdale on a small knoll in sight of said road lot fenced with granite posts and iron rails lot some neglected.” recorded 1931 by Benns #40; recorded by Stephen Merolla in 1994.
