CommentLocated between Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Hartford Ave. on the north side. 1/2 mile east of Route #295 James N. Arnold recorded this lot 20 Apr. 26, 1891. (Bk. 1, pg. 268) (JN015). “At Pocasset beside the Hartford Pike north side of the road lot in excellent order fenced on road side with stone wall on the other sides with granite posts and iron rails.” Benns #114
