CommentLocated right beside Orchard Street on the east side about 600 feet north of Winsor Ave. James N. Arnold recorded this lot 89) June 14, 1891. (Bk. 2, pg. 351) (JN003). “Beside the road (east side) leading north into Smithfield on the west side of Slack’s reservoir from the Winsor road is a small yard protected with granite posts and iron rails evergreen in each corner in good order.”
