CommentThe cemetery is 1660 ft. east of Mt. Hygeia Rd., and 800 ft. east of FR139, but it is on the east side of the swamp so it must be reached from the south, from East Killingly Rd. On south side of Shippee Brook, 1/2 mile from Mt Hygeia Rd. From East Killingly Rd, enter woods across from NEL pole #51 and follow stone wall north about 1/2 mile, them right along brook to pine grove on bluff over looking brook. Old dam is 40 ft from cemetery in a pine grove. It is on the Cardi Wildlife Swamp owned by the Audubon Society.
