Take driveway about 50 feet south of NEL pole #51 to house #50 Plainfield Pike, between Foster Center Road and Spur Road and follow it for 1200 ft. Cemetery is on west side of drive. The large white marble stones replaced smaller slate stones with urn and willow designs. The slate stones are now leaning on the wall. The body of Hannah Tillinghast who died in Pomfret, CT in 1824 was removed to this cemetery from Hampton, CT in 1852.
